We blend and pack our Iced Tea using hand-picked full leaf Chinese teas and quality flavors. These are the same teas you find served in the finest hotels and restaurants. The quart-sized bags are for those with a thirst to quench. Fresh-brew iced tea may be just the taste you're seeking. Except for our Herbal Raspberry Iced Tea, all our Iced Teas contain caffeine.
The Clear Pitcher and Tumbler shown in the photo at left are also available for sale. Even more importantly, they are unbreakable.
This is a new tea for us. It comes from Wuyi on the plains of Zhejiang Province (not the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province). This green tea is from early April and is produced by rolling the leaves in a wok. This process gives a pretty curl to the tealeaves and teases out some white tips. A light and refreshing cup with an enjoyable vegetal flavor. Please brew in 180 degree water for 3 minutes.
